Child Custody & Parenting Plans
Result: Emergency custody order granted within 48 hours after documented evidence of child endangerment. Client obtained temporary primary custody pending full hearing. Gwinnett County Superior Court.
Result: Contested custody, father obtained primary physical custody in case initially filed against him. Parenting plan includes 70/30 split. Fulton County.
Result: Relocation matter, client permitted to relocate with children to another state over spouse’s objection. New parenting plan established with modified visitation schedule.
Result: Modification, material change in circumstances established. Parenting plan modified from 50/50 to primary custody for client following documented school performance issues in other household.
Spousal Support & Modifications
Result: Alimony award of $4,500/month for 48 months negotiated in contested divorce. Client had been out of workforce for 12 years. Fulton County.
Result: Alimony modification, client’s obligation reduced from $3,200/month to $1,800/month following documented income change. Gwinnett County.
Result: Spousal support terminated following recipient’s cohabitation with new partner. O.C.G.A. ยง 19-6-19 applied. Forsyth County.
Protective Orders & Enforcement
Result: TPO obtained same day. Respondent ordered to vacate marital home. Full protective order issued at contested hearing 30 days later. Fulton County.
Result: Contempt action, opposing party found in contempt for failure to pay court-ordered child support. Arrears collected, attorney fees awarded. Gwinnett County.
Result: Divorce decree enforcement, former spouse failed to transfer retirement account per settlement agreement. Court ordered compliance and awarded attorney fees to client.
